With the Victorian Government making further announcements to ease restrictions across Regional Victoria, we are excited to share that we will be returning a number of our programs and services over the coming week, commencing on Wednesday 28 October.

With so many great changes occurring, please see an update on our operations and reopening plans based on current Government advice for each service below:


  • Reopening Wednesday 28 October
  • Capacity limit of 20 people (10 per training zone)
  • Return of 60-minute pre-booked sessions (to manage capacity limits)
  • Bookings are open now and can be made HERE

Indoor Pools

  • Reopening Wednesday 28 October (25m pool only)
  • Capacity limit of 20 people per pool
  • Return of 60-minute pre-booked sessions (to manage capacity limits)
  • Bookings are open now and can be made HERE
  • Lap swimming, recreational swimming and warm water exercise permitted
  • Spa, sauna and wave pool will temporarily remain closed

Outdoor Pools

  • Reopening Sunday 1 November
  • Capacity limit of 50 people
  • Bookings not required
  • Lap swimming, recreational swimming, child play and sunbathing permitted

Swim School

  • Returning to the water Thursday 29 October
  • Existing Swim School families were notified via email on 22 October


  • Reopening Monday 2 November
  • Bookings are open now and can be made by calling (03) 5018 7500

Group Fitness

  • With heavy restrictions currently in place, we are continuing to work on understanding their impact on our operations and ability to run classes
  • We will have further updates later this week via our social media pages


As we continue to operate in a reduced capacity, membership payments will remain on suspension. While we understand this may cause some short-term financial inconvenience, a temporary pay-as-you-go system is the most practical option we can employ to manage the current restrictions. This will continue to be reviewed as restrictions are eased further, with updates to be provided to members via email.

COVID Safe Practices:

The health and safety of our staff, members and customers is always our priority, and we are continually reviewing our operations to ensure we provide a COVID Safe environment for all. When you return, you will notice a number of our safety measures, including:

  • NEW contact tracing processes for all customers
  • NEW dedicated COVID Safe Marshals on-site during all opening hours
  • Mandatory face masks worn by all staff and customers (unless medically exempt or under 12 years of age)
  • Staff regularly disinfecting the facility throughout the day
  • Nightly deep cleaning and disinfection
  • Hygiene and disinfection stations in convenient locations throughout the centre
  • Contactless transactions (where practical)
  • Signage for social distancing and hygiene practices, including floor markings
