About Us:

The Mildura Waves Aquatic and Leisure Centre is Mildura’s home for aquatics, health and wellbeing and fitness. Situated within the Alfred Deakin Centre, the café is perfectly situated to service not only guests of Mildura Waves, but those of the Visitor Information Centre, Library and surrounding businesses.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced food and beverage operators to bring your unique vision and expertise to the café space to create a vibrant social hub for our community and customers to enjoy.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in cafe management.
• A creative and innovative approach to menu development and customer experience.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Ability to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
