This year’s winter school holidays at Mildura Waves were nothing short of spectacular! From June 29 to July 15, our facility was buzzing with laughter, excitement, and countless memorable moments. Here’s a recap of the fun-filled activities that kept everyone entertained and engaged throughout the break.
🕹️ Games Day: Fun and Games for Everyone 🎯
We kicked off the holidays with Games Day, a delightful assortment of fun activities that brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Kids and adults enjoyed mini golf, basketball shooting, snakes and ladders, bag toss, and more. The atmosphere was filled with joy as families and friends participated in these fun games, creating an environment of laughter and camaraderie.
🏊 Inflatable Fun in the Pool: Making a Splash 🌊
One of the highlights of the holidays was the Inflatable Fun in the Pool. The sight of colorful inflatables bobbing in the water drew in kids. Our pools were transformed into a playground of aquatic adventures. The sheer joy on the faces of the participants as they bounced and splashed around was priceless.
🎵 Pool Parties: Music, Games, and Fun 🎉
Our pool party made for a fun day to remember! With upbeat music, inflatables, lots of fun wave sessions, and FREE Zooper Doopers for the kids, this event turned a regular swim session into an unforgettable celebration.
🎡 Special Spin to Win Hour: Spin for Prizes 🎁
The Special Spin to Win Hour was a fun activity for all kids. Participants lined up to take a spin at the wheel, hoping to land on one of the fantastic prizes. The excitement was contagious, and the lucky winners walked away with a variety of goodies, from swim accessories and games to free passes.
👨👩👧👦 $5 Family Swim: Affordable Fun for All 💦
Every Friday, families flocked to Mildura Waves for the $5 Family Swim offer. From 4 to 7 pm, the pool was filled with families enjoying quality time together. It was heartwarming to see parents and children bonding over shared activities and creating joyful memories.
🎨 Creche Program: Creativity Unleashed 🖍️
Our creche program was a hub of creativity and fun. Activities like Make Your Own Playdough, Fairy Bread and Orange Juice Making, and Hot Air Balloon Crafting were hugely popular. The little ones had a blast expressing their creativity and taking home their delightful creations. The program was a perfect mix of learning and play, keeping the kids engaged and entertained.
